About Us

Kaajal Tiwary
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Kaajal Tiwary, a Certified Dog Trainer, & the founder of D For Dogz has been helping dogs—and their humans—live happier, more harmonious lives since 2012. She specializes in behavior modification for dogs experiencing fear, frustration, or over-excitement.
The Diesel Memorial Fund is her tribute to her heart dog, Diesel, who changed Kaajal’s life in ways she never expected. His medical and behavioral challenges, brought on by a traumatic dog attack, tested his resilience and deepened their bond. His journey to healing inspired Kaajal to start Diesel’s FootPrint, ensuring that dogs facing similar struggles receive the care, training, and support they need to thrive.
Monica Worline
Board Secretary
Monica C. Worline, Ph.D., is the founder of EnlivenWork, guiding organizations to thrive through curiosity, compassion, and courageous thinking. A research scientist at Stanford’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research, she also leads CompassionLab.
The Noey Fund was inspired by Monica’s love for dogs, which began with Amaia, her Bernese Mountain Dog, and continues with Noey, her lively Bernedoodle. Together, they support Diesel’s FootPrint, honoring its mission to help pets and families heal and grow.

Mollika Majumdar
Board Treasurer
Mollika Majumdar is the research brain of our organization and has a background in computer applications and quality assurance engineering, but her true passion lies in making a difference in the lives of those who need it most. As a full-time caretaker for a special needs child, she is deeply committed to supporting the autism community through her contributions.
Her compassion extends beyond people to animals, leading her to establish The Buffy Fund, which helps low-income families provide essential care—food and basic supplies—for their dogs. Through her work, Mollika continues to create a meaningful impact, ensuring that every dog and family she touches receives the support they deserve.

🐾 Pet Guardians Care Deeply About Their Pets: We assume that pet guardians, regardless of their financial situation, have a strong emotional bond with their pets and are committed to their well-being.
🐾 Financial Barriers Prevent Access to Veterinary Care: We recognize that many low-income pet guardians encounter financial challenges that can make it difficult to access essential veterinary care for their pets with acute or chronic health issues.
🐾 Behavioral Issues in Pets Can Be Addressed Through Training: We believe that behavioral issues like fear, anxiety, and aggression in pets can be effectively addressed and improved through specialized positive reinforcement training programs.
🐾 Educational Resources Enhance Pet Care: We assume that providing pet guardians with access to educational resources on pet care, nutrition, health management, and community support to navigate emotional stress, will improve their ability to care for their pets.
🐾 Partnerships Enhance Program Effectiveness: We assume that forming partnerships with veterinary clinics, dog trainers, and animal welfare organizations will enhance the effectiveness and reach of our programs.
🐾 Community Support Networks Are Valuable: We assume that creating strong community support networks will provide pet guardians with the emotional and practical support needed to manage their pets’ health and well-being.
🐾 Advocacy Can Lead to Policy Changes: We assume that targeted advocacy efforts can influence policy changes that support affordable veterinary care and improve access to services for low-income pet families.
